The width of the elobau product „thumbwheel“ had been enlarged from 5.5mm up to 8.2 mm. This gives a better feeling for the user and it is easier to control functions. The mounting diameters are still the same (37mm x 25,25 mm x 27,7 mm), so it could be still used in elobaus joystick knobs. Also as a stand-alone product it has great success at the introduction to market, e.g. for control panels in the industry sector.

With protection class IP°67 and an analogue output signal it fullfill the need of market, too. Now it is optional available in different version with detend positions or friction brake to hold the deflection and of the wheel.

To realise a redundant version, a second hall chip could be implemented.
